All teaching staff in the state of Michigan are now required by law to participate in a 2 week course on “Muhaamidish Sensitivity Training” with the goal of making them “more aware of the unique needs of their newer students in order to maintain an orderly and harmonious classroom experience” according to Michigan Educational Collective directives.
The course will explore cultural differences of some students that “require attention and must be attended to”.Teachers are directed to “submit to demands of the new students to ease their discomfort in their new land.” More details below.
“Starting a new life in a new world can be very difficult. We must coddle our new students to make them as comfortable as possible. They are the future of this state. We need for them to thrive!
Respect diet restrictions. The entire class should be made to follow the same restrictions so that lunch hour is as pleasant as possible for them in their new surroundings. No exceptions! Students who violate the rule and bring in banned meat products, for example, should be disciplined.
The young girls may be clad in unique attire. Other female students should be encouraged to wear the same. They needn’t go for a full match but a strong effort should be made so that our new residents feel comfortable.
Boys must always be given preference over girls. This is absolute and applies to all things!”
Failure of teaching staff to participate, the board says, will result in termination.
This type of preferential treatment in our schools is unacceptable. All should be equal. That’s how America works.
